As it turned out Samsung doesn't enable apps automatically on new devices, therefore the EPiG app was not available on 2020 TV devices made by Samsung.
We submitted the app two months ago and now it was finally released on the Samsung Store.
You can always download the latest version from your profile's TV Apps page and install it using an USB stick, but now you can install it directly from your TV.
